EUROSHIELD® Roofing Products were created 13 years ago with the goal of diverting and recycling the tremendous deluge of used tires ultimately destined for landfill. Years of research and development led to the creation of a unique formula, containing approximately 95% recycled materials, for the production of the world’s finest synthetic roofing products available on the market today. From 600 to 1,000 rubber tires are used in the production of a EUROSHIELD® roof for an average-sized home. Scrap material generated during the installation process can be collected and recycled again – virtually eliminating environmentally harmful waste.

EuroLite Shake®The latest development in the Euroshield® line of products has arrived. Officially launched January 24th of 2012, it is a thinner and lighter version of our “tried and true” EuroShake® product, but at a much lower price point and as such will appeal to a wider audience in search of premium hi-performance shake-like roofing. It is offered in 3 colours (Woodlands Brown, Saxon Black and Silverwood). It comes in a familiar panel-type form and is designed to install with the speed of asphalt shingles, saving both time and money. It is competitively positioned between asphalt shingles and premium roofing options such as slate, wood, metal and other synthetic roofing.
EuroLite Slate® is the 2011 addition to the Euroshield® line of recycled rubber roofing. It has the look of traditional New England style slate and features open keyways, a preset exposure guide and adhesive strip similar to that used on asphalt shingles. A thinner, lighter, less expensive version of our original EuroSlate, it can be installed as fast as asphalt shingles, saving you time and money. It is offered in 3 colours (Charcoal Black, Sterling Grey and Rustic Brown). It is also competitively positioned between asphalt shingles and premium roofing options such as slate, wood, metal and other synthetic roofing.
EuroSlate® is designed to accurately replicate the look and texture of a traditional heavy chiselled-edge slate, but without the considerable weight and high cost associated with real slate. Extremely impact resistant, it can be walked on without risk of damage and withstands the most destructive hail. Fast and easy to install.
EuroShake® is the perfect choice for those who want the look of a wood roof without the worries of premature failure due to rotting, cracking and warping. It is available in several colours and 2 profiles…taper-sawn and hand-split….you decide which best suits your needs.

Reducing Harmful Environmental Waste With Alternative Rubber Roofing
It is interesting to note that from 600 to 1,000 rubber tires are used in the production of a Euroshield® roof for an average-sized home and that the scrap generated during the installation process can be collected and recycled again – virtually eliminating environmentally harmful waste. Made from up to 95% recycled materials, primarily recycled tires, Euroshield® roofing products have been installed around the world, in the coldest northern climates and the hottest equatorial regions, with tremendous success. They are available for installation on your home today.
Euroshield® products were specifically designed to overcome extreme weather impact and temperature variances that cause splitting, peeling, cracking and rotting, undesireable characteristics associated with aging of other roofing systems.
The reverse side of each Euroshield® panel features small cubical chambers designed to ensure structural integrity. In turn the cubicles trap air, creating an effective insulation barrier, which can contribute to reducing energy use in warmer climates. An added benefit to the design is additional sound-deadening qualities. The interlocking tongue and groove design of the panels provides tremendous resistance to wind uplift, adds to the structural integrity and ties the whole roof system together, producing a tight water-resistant seal for maximum performance.
